The Cheesecake Factory - Cheektowaga

This location of The Cheesecake Factory boasts a spacious property and is situated in a fantastic spot with a laid-back atmosphere. I visited on a Saturday night for dessert only and tried their Burnt Basque Cheesecake, one of their new offerings, which was truly exceptional. They have a well-curated menu that includes some unique dessert flavors. I highly recommend sampling their cheesecakes. The ambiance of the restaurant is delightful, and you can easily share a single cheesecake slice between two people. However, with so many great options available, you might find yourself wanting to order your own and take some home!

Cheese Cake Factory at Walden Galleria long overdue visit to this place hadn't been to CCF since before covid well I was somewhat disappointed, portion sizes shrunk down, and the food seemed a little prefabed (almost like everything was from afreezer and then heated up and plated) not saying it was bad, but it wasn't the best either. The cocktails on the other hand Margaritas amazing!!

Four star because the food was okay. Our waitress was amazing, super nice and attentive. They were able to get us seated before our reservation time but the quality of food could've been slightly better. Overall it was still a good experience. Had the thailettuce wraps and other than the lettuce being a bit old, they were very good. Couldn't finish the lettuce though

RSVP only accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, but my family and I had 8. From the moment I called to confirm and amend my reservation, Jared was truly amazing. He demonstrated perfect etiquette over the phone. When we arrived, he was just as warm and friendly, guiding us to our table and even taking group photos for us. Our server, Lienna, was a delight. She checked in on us frequently, fulfilled all of our requests, split the bill as I asked, and maintained a cheerful demeanor while swiftly clearing our table as we finished our courses. She even took a picture of us at our table and another with the server who helped bring out our meals. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. It was my first time at Cheesecake Factory, and it exceeded my expectations. I had a fantastic experience and can't wait to return!

As customers, we expected our concerns to be taken seriously, and the lack of attention to our issue prompted us to speak with the manager. Before our plates were cleared, we took a photo to illustrate our negative experience. When we showed the manager the picture to convey the severity of the problem, she scoffed and said, "Great! Are you going to post that on social media?" in a sarcastic tone. We were taken aback that the customer service manager seemed more interested in our potential social media post than in addressing our dining experience. At that point, we had no intention of posting about our experience online, but it felt like the only way to bring their poor standards to their attention. Just when we thought our concerns would be addressed, the manager offered to take off the price of a cheaper menu item instead of properly addressing the issue with the meal itself. It’s important to clarify that we weren’t looking for a free meal and have never written a negative review before. Moreover, we heard under-the-breath comments directed at us as we left. It’s safe to say that the Cheesecake Factory will no longer be on our list of dining options.
