The Lowa Café is a small café overlooking Woljeong Bank. It is super cozy and you can see how people wander and surf in the ocean and it is a super beautiful beach

Nice place to relax, have a few drinks and enjoy the ocean view
Cafe with a nice view but noisy. Coffee and cakes are pricey.
