Domino's Pizza - Chelmsford

I called to request a refund for my order that was incorrect, but the restaurant hung up on me.

From the very beginning, our experience at this restaurant was a complete hassle. It took us 20 minutes just to convey our location, which was only five minutes away. When our food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and took 40 minutes. We were given extra cookies for the inconvenience of the phone call, but that did not make up for the terrible food poisoning we suffered in the early hours of the morning. We will never order from this restaurant again.

I had some issues with delivery orders from this restaurant in the past, as the pizzas would often arrive late or cold due to drivers not being able to find my easily accessible street. However, I am pleased to report that they have since improved their service and now deliver my pizzas promptly and piping hot. The taste is always exceptional and the sides are delicious as well. The only downside is that the prices are a bit high, but overall it is still one of the best pizza places in Woodham. This experience was a vast improvement from a previous disappointing one at Fat Pizza.
