We ordered food from Pizza Hut in Chelmsford, and although they were quick to take our money, they informed us after waiting for 2 hours that our food had not even been cooked yet and could not provide an estimated time of arrival. We decided to cancel our order, but still received an email thanking us for our purchase. We were given a customer service number to call for a refund, but when we called, we were directed to an automated message and ultimately to their website where the only means of contact was via email, with a response time of up to 10 days. I am not sure if we are being scammed by Pizza Hut during these difficult times, but this kind of behavior should be brought to the attention of the public.
The staff at the restaurant were friendly and quick, and the tables were well-maintained. While my partner enjoyed their pizza, I was not as satisfied with my salad as it was not as fresh and crisp as we had hoped for. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience.
Ordered a lunchtime pizza. It came with plenty of toppings.. but little or no cheese on some parts. The lady who served me has clearly never been trained. AVOID.
Had to wait to be seated due to them having no cutlery or crockery available. Several tables were not cleared. We had the buffet
I was ordered online and I choose to pick up the order. I didn't receive my toppings , my normal pepsi , i receive the max one (i paid 50 p for the normal one , i didn't get any bag , i ve leaved the store with all the products in the hand (7 products . I don t recomand this restaurant. For this prices and how many customers they have .. is really embarrassing .
