The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow, as it seemed to be orientation day for many new employees. However, the sandwiches were delicious. It took around 15 minutes to receive our order of three sandwiches. This was a take out meal for lunch, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food was rated a 5, service a 2, and atmosphere a 3.

I requested a sandwich with only roast beef and lettuce, but it came with tomatoes and mayo, which I dislike. Despite making it clear, the workers did not pay attention. After making my sandwich, the worker immediately started using his phone in the back without seeming to care. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

For a first time customer of Jimmy Johns in Chelsea, MI, I can say I am very disappointed and will never return to another Jimmy Johns. The couple of times I have been in there I’ve been treated very poorly. My first order was online and since having no prior knowledge of how online orders work, I was belittled and made out to be dumb. As an employee of customer service of a nearby company, we have went from referring customers to Jimmy Johns establishment while they wait to having customers tell us this restaurant location is a joke and they will also never return. I feel sorry for anyone who has come/came here. On my last experience I was a bystander to a woman getting blatantly ignored when asking a question about in store pick up. Save your time and money and do not go to this location. As they previously had a couple notes on the door stating they were closed (at 10am) and that Subway was right down the street.
