Bad Shepherd - Cheltenham

So I'll read it here again. we had a party of 6. ordered two tasting plates of the chef chooses to eat on the plate it was all stodge no meat except a few dried chicken wings / legs. there is a bbq. no smoke odour so that a note, no brisket, sausage of steaks on the menu is only two types of burger. c’mon guys stop cheating on food costs and give us a decent bbq meal with meat- we can pay for it.

I visited this restaurant to meet with a customer and co-worker. Due to my food allergy, I informed the bartender before ordering. Unfortunately, when I mentioned my allergy, the bartender appeared disinterested and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him. We agreed to have the coleslaw removed from my dish, and I made sure to include all necessary details in my order. However, my meal still arrived with coleslaw containing the allergen. I felt embarrassed and tried to remove the coleslaw myself. Later that night, I experienced an allergic reaction, which was unacceptable. The bartender's reaction and lack of attention to my allergy demonstrated a lack of care or empathy. Additionally, the portion of meat I was able to eat was small and tough. My dining companions also found their meals to be subpar.

From the moment we entered the door, we were greeted by friendly staff. the food we ordered came in perfect time; they were very efficient. everything tasted delicious especially the grill chicken and cheeseburger! a children's menu was also available and a long time. Drink menu. I recommend to go here!

Great atmosphere, very friendly and knowledgeable wait staff, great pub food, all reasonably priced. Oh yes, great selection of fresh beer too! Worth it.

Picked up an amazing deal for their Chicken Wings last Saturday. Very tasty. Their own Draught Beer is also very nice highly recommended.
