The restaurant is like a renovated home that gives off a cozy atmosphere, making me feel like I'm dining at a friend's house. The ambiance here is pleasant and peaceful, with the option of outdoor seating. The dishes were well-presented and delicious, satisfying both the eyes and taste buds. I enjoyed everything I tried, except for the wasabi peas, which some vegans may enjoy. The chicken and delicate coconut panna cotta are must-try dishes, along with the fish otak otak, which even someone who doesn't typically enjoy fish dishes found to be amazing. The pizzas were average, but the spaghetti zucchini pesto and spaghetti chicken arrabbiata from the pasta section were great and definitely worth trying. I would appreciate it if they could improve the portion sizes for the price. The service was good, with friendly and responsive staff. Overall, it's a lovely place to hang out with loved ones and friends. The recommended dishes include wasabi peas, fish otak otak, spicy chicken, mushroom pizza, spaghetti chicken arrabbiata, spaghetti zucchini pesto, tender coconut panna cotta, nutella banana pizza, and a scoop of ice cream.
The Hideout Bistro has a French colonial feel to its interior and the staff is wonderful. I tried their Vietnamese rice paper rolls, which were bursting with freshness, followed by the Paprikahun which was phenomenal. The Kafir Lime cheesecake stole the show. The pizza was also decent.
