Being a former client of the French stable and knowing that Chief Peter Delabosse no longer acts in this establishment, I read negative opinions incriminating him. I hope that the establishment has the honesty to clearly state that the restaurant no longer has the monopoly of this great chef and that it is in no case responsible for the lack of qualities that are currently on the plates.

Atypical place where staff take care of their guests. old hunting relay to discover and protect. ratio quality prices transferred correct. an apartment that costs a star... the meticulous parking lot at 1€ per person.

We discovered the Ecu de France last night by a wonderful box. We were received with a special mention for the server that is really up!! The food is excellent the tasting menu is just sublime and really hearty. I recommend. We'll be back without hesitation. Mr. Mme Fournier
