A La Bonne Heure - Chenôve

Sad experience in what they dare call restaurant. For 9,95, you have a choice between crudities and crudities. Forgive me, a few slices of parsley and hard egg. The desserts gathered on the same buffet were fruit and chocolate mousse, as well as dry pies. At the end of this frugal meal, more staff present, we could have taken bottles of wine and other drinks. It was the first time and probably the last. To see the negative opinions, one wonders whether the person responsible is worried about these facts, or has nothing to do with it!

We arrived around 8:45 pm, correct reception but no one caring for the unpleasant strong buffet. Not too many choices at entry level. The accompaniment of non-existent dishes except fries. Dessert mini crêpe, chocolate mousse and floating island as the rest has been removed. It's embarrassing and we felt uncomfortable with the feeling of disturbing

The rubber bushel, infamous they don't even know how to cook an andouillette, and the steack of the sole by asking it to bleeding, the not many entries and that of the metro box. We can make a box but by improving seasoning and decor... there nothing except the salad bowl and the spoon. Vegetables, pasta, rice... in the baccalaureate that keeps warm dry, and almost cold and cooked without seasoning.... Frozen desserts and still not defrosted on the buffet. I'll never go back.

As soon as you arrive at the cashier to order, the reception and attitude of the cashier is deplorable. If I had been alone, I'll be gone immediately. But sir and the children were so hungry that I stayed. The rest was not better to come, looking at my cash ticket I realized that I had been billed a colin at 11€ 20 instead of my salad stopped the flight!!! I put 1 in 5 because we can't put 0. One thing is certain; I will not return; I'll spend my money somewhere else. Disappointing...
