오스테리아문 - Cheongju-si

Overall, I will be the best Italian dining you can experience in Cheongju !! 청주 지방에서 이 정도 수준의 이탈리안 음식을 낸다는 건 결코 쉬운 일이 아니다. 아마도 이탈리아에서 요리공부를 하면서 여러 경험을 쌓다가 자신의 고향사람들에게 본토의 맛을 전해주려고 이탈리안 식당을 낸 것 같은데 전반적으로 완성도 있으면서 개성있는 요리라 볼 수 있다. 아울러 오리지널 이탈리아 알바산 트러플을 생면 파스타에 수북하게 올려먹는 경험도 할 수 있는데 이건 아마도 청주에서는 처음시도하는 럭셔리한 경험이 아닐까 생각한다. 식전빵으로 나온 그리시니도 개성만점 생면으로 뽑아 만든 봉골레와 트러플 포르치니 파스타도 원 재료의 풍미를 잘 살려 좋았고, 랍스터를 넣은 라비올리도 간과 소스 그리고 피가 균형감있게 잘 어울렸다. 사전에 예약주문해야하는 티본 스테이크도 알아서 잘 구워나왔는데 수준급 굽기 였다. 디저트로 나온 와인과 에스프레소를 이용해 만든 티라미스도 입에서 살살 녹았다. 전반적으로 청주에서 경험할 수 있는 최고의 이탈리안 다이닝 되겠다!!

I dont want to take the city Chungju into account. Lots of ppl say the place is good for the rural city where it is located in but it would only be misguiding standard. Went here right after coming back from Italy. food wasnt the best out of so many italian places in korea but still was fairly good. Place was rather cold and serving guy resistedly gave me a spoon bc a fork is proper to have rissoto. No teaching needed at a restaurant. My italian friend eats however he wants.

The aromen were excellent and the ingredients were fresh. the service was professional and the timing was appropriate. most of the time was the prices are higher than other pasta places, but it was the difference imo worth.
