Pizza Hut - Cherkessk

Three stars only for the game room, we must have chosen the wrong day, all the employees were sitting around chatting and laughing, no one seemed interested in serving the customers enjoying their pizza, resulting in burnt and tasteless pizza. We ordered three different pizzas, but only received one small pizza and one larger one. Oh well, I guess the owners know better than us what to eat. The menu had different sauces, so we added a red one to our order. We expected it to come in a bowl or individual packaging, but when we asked why it wasn't brought to us, we were told there was a bottle over there, just pour it yourself. Rude service and subpar food, I guess it's our fault. The only good thing was that the french fries were tasty, despite being overly salted.

Everything is good, except for the rude and arrogant staff! They are so impolite, it feels like I am calling the wife of the president. I wish her to encounter people as rude as herself! Hire psychologically healthy people! I will not order from there anymore, so I don't have to listen to her!! There are other options out there!

When we dine in Cherkessk, we always choose to either dine in or order takeout from Any Case. The pizza is delicious, but they could use more ketchup. The only downside is the long wait time. It wouldn't be a bad idea to open a Pizza Hut in Uchkeken.
