Mine was just okay got the grilled salmon Fresca. Service was terrible from the minute we walked in the door. The host had an attitude and was not friendly, polite, or anything a host should be. Our server was a little better. Didn't say her name and forgot my salad to go. Not somewhere I would choose for dinner again.
Came for happy hour, was served by one of the most amazing bartenders, Cam, she just truly a gem! Will come every Monday to see her! Food and drinks were good too!
Visited the Cherry Hill location on 8/14 with some friends(party of 6). Definitely lacking in customer service. Time of Service was decent(server perked up ….after we left our tip) and food was decent. Ordered martinis that came out about half full and had to ask our server for the next round to be full pours. Bathrooms were gross with water? on the floor along with toilet paper. Paper towel roll just sitting on the counter( no dispenser in bathroom) forcing everyone to touch the top of the roll to rip off a towel along with a gross, empty, moldy looking basket on the sink(thinking this is where the c fold towels should have been) Not the most sanitary method especially during the current times. Upon leaving, I told the hostess the ladies room needed some attention to which I was met with a blank stare and a whatever face. I know everywhere is short staffed but at least acknowledge your customers and make them feel welcome or they won’t be back. The Marlton location is where I’ll be visiting going forward.
All the food was prepared and presented well. I really enjoyed the eggplant app with shrimp. Will definitely revisit. The Flatbread and the calamari were a hit too!
I recently visited Brio and unfortunately had a less than desirable experience. The service was mediocre, and the restaurant was not up to standard in terms of cleanliness. While the food was ok, it did not make up for the shortcomings. It's unfortunate that the new restaurant next door was fully booked. Otherwise, Brio would have been empty. I would not recommend this restaurant for those looking for a high-quality dining experience.
