Manhattan Bagel - Cherry Hill

This is my maybe 4th time going here recently. I used to come all the time last year before I moved back to this area and it was great. I 'm not sure what happened in that timeframe.Service is super slow now even with online order pickups. It 's been the same chick up front my last few visits, tall, slim, tomboyish Indian girl who is about 19 and she literally is so dang slow. Nobody greets you anymore. This last time there was just me and another couple there. I stood forever at the register waiting for someone to talk to me so it could get my online order, then I told the girl my name, she goes to the only order there comes back and asks if it was an online order. OMG. Then gives me the food and throws away the receipt copy. Normally they say "pick up your chips from the side "but they didn 't. They had only 2 types of Doritos so I double checked if I got the order with a side and she said yes and walked away to nowhere. RUDE

I ordered a strawberry lemonade, 2 breakfast sandwiches on a plain bagel. one turkey sausage, egg and cheese and 1 bacon egg and cheese on 6/2/23. Something about the bacon egg cheese tasted really weird, the closest I can describe it is almost sour. I asked for scrambled eggs and got a fried egg instead so I wasn’t sure if that was the reason for the funny taste. Halfway through the sandwich I decided to throw it out. By late afternoon and well into the next morning I was experiencing bad stomach cramps, diarrhea and throwing up constantly to the point I was throwing up bile. This was my first time eating here and definitely my last! A old co worker recommended them but I wish I would’ve checked the reviews first. I see a lot of complaints about the freshness and overall quality of the food being bad. I also wasn’t the first person to become sick from the food so something is definitely wrong there. Already threw the food out but still had the cup on my dresser

Hey, Barclay Square, Cherry Hill, NJ shop: this was your second chance to make us edible bagel sandwiches, and you’ve proven that you’re not up to the task. You literally and comically are bad at your only function. Fortunately there are plenty of other bagel shops in the area.Asked for a toasted poppy seed bagel with bacon egg and cheese……. once again I received an untoasted, plain bagel with an over cooked egg. There was some cheese. There was no bacon. It’s the saddest, soggiest little mess of a sandwich that I’ve ever seen.I hope my toaster oven can dry out this soggy mess.

Update : my tuna bagel gave me food poisoning. I threw up 3 times after i ate itApple slices are old . I ordered a croissant sandwich .. they gave me it on a stale bagel with unseasoned tuna that came out a can

This restaurant offers affordable and tasty bagel sandwiches. It is a great spot for breakfast. Just be aware that they have a slow service so calling ahead is recommended. Overall, it's a good alternative to Dunkin Donuts for a satisfying meal.
