It would really be helpful if they had a shelf where people could just pick up their pre-ordered, prepaid items and go out. It is frustrating to have to wait in a long series of regular customers just to get your a small bag of Bagels and makes preordering usually pointless.

Quick and easy to get in and out. The staff is very pleasant to walk. The Bagles super made to order exactly. Thank you for all.

This has a constant base of fresh bagels and very good sandwiches.

Im very disappointed with Manhattan Bagel. On several occasions i had ordered several different breakfast sandwiches and had been very disappointed with all except for the avocado egg white. An example is your breakfast cheese steak your advertisement shows a long roll paked with eggs, meat, peppers and onion. What i received was a small roll that you had to open to see a couple drops of egg and shavings of meat. The price you charge is insane for the little bit of product that you receive.like i said all your breakfast sandwiches were disappointing except for one.
