Don 't listen to this woman 's review. I am a loyal customer of this Starbucks and I remember everything that happened. I work there remotely very frequently. The child came in and indicated she lived much farther away than 900 feet. She had stated she lived close to the Red Lobster which is several miles away. Knowing this information, in addition to the fact she is very young and had no supervision for more than one day when she came in, the employees of this store wanted to ensure she was okay. She even asked one of the managers if they were hiring for 9 year olds. They asked her many questions and took great care to ensure they weren 't acting too hastily. It 's better to do something than do nothing at all and I commend them for reaching out even though the girl is loved and safe.
I was a long time patron of this Starbucks. Me and both of my kids. My daughter who is almost 10 walks to the Starbucks and pays for drinks, cake pops, lemon loafs and pup cups for our foster dogs. We live less than 900 feet away. An employee decided to call the medford police and report a concern that she was being neglected and not fed or taken care off. Besides the $3,000 braces in her mouth and debit card she always pays with. They were concerned she was always walking because apparently it’s weird for kids to walk or bike. This employee has made it so Starbucks lost a loyal customer. I will tell everyone I know not to frequent this Starbucks because they clearly overstep boundaries and call police officers with wild allegations over a child asking for pup cups.

First of all our order was wrong we ordered a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich and got two cheeseburgers. They had a taste as if they had been frozen for a very long time prior to being cooked. Granted it was 9:30 PM when we visited, however the place is open 24 hours so they should have fresh food at all times. The fries had apparently been sitting around for a while as well. Worst fast food ever. And I mean ever. Two plain cheeseburgers and a regular order of fries cost nearly $18. We hope we don't get sick from that food because we have a long drive ahead of us.
