Wendy's - Cherry Hill

I ordered the number 6 spicy chicken sandwich with a baked potato instead of French fries. I also used my deal to get a small shake for free, along with the large iced tea I ordered. The service was quick and very friendly. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

It feels just like being there. What sets this Wendy's apart from the others is that they offer free peppermint.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I requested extra salad and even offered to pay for it, but I only received two small pieces, one of which was spoiled. The service was lacking, and my nuggets were undercooked. To top it off, the young man who handed me my order gave me a dirty look as he stood at the window. Overall, a disappointing visit.

This place is disgusting. I just ordered a sharp chicken sandwich that they gave me crispy and it was literally RAW. I noticed after I had eaten half of it and almost threw it. THEN I take it back ask for a refund and the manager does not apologize and gives me only HALF my money back. The worst experience I've ever had in my life, I definitely call.

I had a really excellent experience at this particular location. I don't come out to New Jersey to often and was actually getting food for someone else. I think that this team personifies what true teamwork and real customer service is like. The manager, Danielle, has gone above and beyond and should definitely be considered for further advancement. If you're looking for a good place to be treated like your money matters, look no further then this Wendy's!
