Papa's Pizza To Go - Cherryville

My family and I each took a bite of the pizza and unanimously agreed that it tasted off, almost as if some ingredients were spoiled but used anyway. We called the restaurant to inform them about the missing items and the unusual taste of the pizza. The manager assured us that a driver would bring the rest of our order, but no one ever showed up. When we called again for a refund, they only offered to refund the items they hadn't delivered, despite their previous promise. In the end, I wasted over an hour and had to throw away more than $50 worth of overpriced, inedible food, not including the items that never arrived. I genuinely hope they are not regularly serving spoiled food to paying customers.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant, but they never showed up. After waiting, my son went to pick it up, only to find out they hadn’t even completed our order. I called them, and they said the manager would deliver the missing items. When I finally had a chance to eat the pizza, it tasted off—like something had gone bad. I called back to inform them that I would be returning everything upon delivery and that they promised a refund. However, the delivery never came. When I called again, the manager said they wouldn’t be issuing a refund! I will not be returning to this restaurant, and I will make sure to let all my neighbors and friends know about my experience at the Cherryville, NC location.

Went with friends for lunch. I had quit eating there from the past because quality had changed! BUT Wow! WHAT a difference! Excellent food and Excellent service!! I strongly recommend this place. The best service we have received in town!! Please check them out. It will be a regular stop for us again.

My partner and I visited the restaurant on Wednesday for lunch, and it was quite disappointing! The pizzas were small, cold, and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. The salad bar was hardly worth mentioning—barely any options available! The only dessert they had was a mediocre cinnamon pizza. We thought we’d give it a chance, but it was not worth it at all! With the tip, we ended up spending $30 for two people, which felt like a waste of money!

Love their pan pizza and THE BEST bread stix!!! Staff is always friendly and polite!
