Contribuisci feedbackIt was wierd, but not in a bad way. They prepared okey food and was really pleasant too.but the place was empty and yet fully lit up and it had a beauty parlor and tattoo studio inside!!! The dragon chicken was nice. Biriyani also nice Schezwan fried rice was okey.
Very bad quality foods. Today I've visited and ordered a fish meal and they have served a curry a least 3 days old. I don't know what is happening there but the service was good but the food quality is very bad. Disappointed and having stomach issues after having the curry
Pathetic experience!!! Today 19th September 22 we have visited the restaurant at 8.30pm and ordered food for four people. We have waited for more than 1hour 15 minutes and the food was still under preparation. The restaurant manager and the waiter were so careless and they were not even bothered about our waiting period. We have left the restaurant without having food even after spending an hour and 15 minutes inside that ditch hole. Not going to visit this so called 'kumbil Coffee House ' anymore.
A good place to have tasty food , peaceful ambience and good customer experience. The staff and Manger was customer friendly. Had a good experience Even though the name says coffe house, they really serves all kinds of cussine including North Indian, Alfahams , Mandis etc
One of the worst dining experience we had. On 19th of March, we had lunch from here and we learned that it has been only 2 or 3 weeks since the shop started. May be since the the shop was newly opened, the staffs and the owner were too keen on taking feedback and interacting politely. Fast forward 2 weeks. on 03rd April night, we went with complete family for dinner. I will list out the bad experiences in points so that it will be easy for the readers 1) We ordered Arabic platter which was enough for 3-4 people, but the wait time was 30 minutes. 2) We patiently waited for 30 minutes only to get cold and soggy french fries, cold alfaham chicken and shawarma. Only the rice that was served had some warmth in it. 3) And they served this items with out giving us a plate ! What do they expect us to do? Eat it from air? 4) This is the only restaurant that I have been in that ran out of tissue paper and straws !!! Yes, it did not have straws ! 5) They forget the mayonnaise and Sause that was already in the item that we ordered (which we reminded them as well) 6) The waiters and waitresses does not have any idea about the items in the menu. When the time for payment was coming, we went to pay. After the payment the owner literally avoided us because she knew we were going to complaint. My wife has a small YouTube channel and we wanted to include this restaurant in our videos. Hence we have taken the videos of the same which can be served as proof. To the owners, you can claim that we are doing this for a publicity stunt or free food, but you know that the fault is with you. Please improve the customer experience of the dining, because the food you serve is actually good. In fact it is one of the best in our locality, so please improve on these points I mentioned.
