Food was excellent.tryed biriyani and it worth it for the amount paid.lot of pieces and excellent in taste wise.the salad could have been better.

Food was average. Stale food പഴകിയ ഭക്ഷണം . the attitude of the staff was too bad. They didn't know how to behave to customers. Very bad service.

It's one of the best food courts in the place! Situated close to the KSRTC stand at Cherthala! Rates are reasonable! The dishes are delicious! Quantity and quality are good! Clean and neat place with the obedient staff! They have arranged toilet facilities for the customers! Separate places are arranged for KSRTC staff and other customers! Also, they have an AC room for the needy! Keep up your good work, best wishes for team Onion!!!

The food is delicious. They have different varieties of alpham. Overall this place is good

I dropped in here for a short while during the much-deserved break in a long bus journey of 9 hours. Onion Food Mall is located right at the exit point of the KSRTC bus station in the town of Cherthala in the Alappuzha district. It consists of two main parts: a small bakery and a slightly larger restaurant behind it. The bakery zone is filled with a selection ranging from homemade traditional fried snacks to the popular processed packaged ones. Soft drinks, juices and cold beverages are also available here. The restaurant located right behind the bakery offers a variety of appetizers, main courses and desserts; however I was unable to try them out due to time constraints. I ordered take-out from the bakery area. The first item was a coconut jaggery ada, which was very nearly packaged, the banana leaf lending its characteristic aroma and flavour to the outer layer. I also ordered meat cutlet which was fairly good although the filling poor ratio of meat to potato. The exterior was crunchy and enjoyable. It also wasn't messy and crumby and was easy to eat during my journey. The final item was a packet of nut balls (Andi unda) which were also not bad, though the balls seemed to contain more rice than nuts. The packaging was done very nearly and the order was ready promptly. However, the cashier did not provide a bill for my purchase. Since I did not have much time, I had to rush back and could not insist on getting a receipt.
