Contribuisci feedbackThe staff was friendly, but I was disappointed with my order. I got a large fries, but the portion I received looked much smaller than what was shown in the picture. I typically enjoy Chick-fil-A, but this experience wasn't up to par.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed annoyed after taking my money, especially when I refused to wait in a so-called VIP area for my food. The manager even instructed an employee to inform me that I could refuse service, which was frustrating since they had already taken my payment. I reached out to the company's office last weekend, but their response was disappointing. I strongly advise against visiting this place; the staff is rude, slow, and untrained. I know it wasn't just me, as I still haven't received a call or email from corporate after a week of waiting for them to address my concerns.
I can't think of anything negative to say about Chick-fil-A. Even when the lines are long, they have a well-organized setup to manage it efficiently. The service is quick and polite, and the food is consistently great. Honestly, it's the best fast-food restaurant around—what more can you say?
Market salad. Apples were fermented a bite and had to spit it out. A brown-looking salad. Chicken was good
Every table was dirty and there were employees seemingly with nothing going on. This was my first dine in experience at this location but I have developed an expectation of Chick-fil-A to be clean. This review is not to down this location just an observation. The food was amazing as always and staff was friendly.
