Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chesapeake

I was truly disappointed with the condition of my meal. The sour cream was slopped all over my food, making it look like it had been tossed on the floor. Additionally, my order didn't come with a fork. I won't be returning to this restaurant until the staff can stop overloading my meal with sour cream and remember to provide utensils. Food: 1/5.

This is by far the worst location to visit. When one employee sees a coworker struggling to assist a customer, they simply stand by without offering any help. Additionally, please train your staff on how to properly wrap a burrito! We had an employee attempt to wrap ours three times with different wraps, and each time it was done poorly. The wrap had holes and food was spilling out. After wiping food off the aluminum, we ended up with a messy wrap and a squished ball of food. My friend didn’t feel comfortable asking them to try again for obvious reasons. Also, be prepared for a long wait if you need them to cook rice!

I proceeded to place my order and asked for queso, to which she responded that it would cost an additional dollar. I acknowledged that I was aware of the extra charge. I also asked for a discount due to the lack of veggies, but her attitude was terrible. She insisted they don’t offer discounts, even though they were out of a key ingredient. Ultimately, I chose to leave and spent my money elsewhere because I refuse to patronize a place with such rudeness and lack of professionalism. This restaurant really needs to improve its customer service training.

I ordered a Burrito Bowl with the intention of enjoying it with chips. I got a large order of chips and a large queso blanco, but the bowl I received barely had any chicken—it was mostly rice. Plus, I didn’t receive any chips at all, though I did get the large queso. Overall, it just wasn’t worth it.

Terrible experience! The only ingredients they included were chicken, rice, and lettuce, and maybe a tiny bit of sour cream. I had asked for black beans, cheese, fajita vegetables, and salsa. This is the third time my order has been incorrect. I’m done with this place. It’s been a complete waste of my money. Thanks for nothing, Chipotle (shaking my head).
