There are limited options for entertainment, but the food is good at this restaurant. The older staff members lack in customer service skills, but a new, younger employee was friendly and tried her best to navigate the computer system before seeking assistance. However, when the older woman approached her, she made a mean comment about her lack of learning. I expressed my disapproval and the older woman tried to pass it off as a joke. I reiterated that everyone learns at their own pace and what she said was not acceptable. The younger employee mentioned that the older woman had been repeatedly rude to her. On a positive note, there is an older gentleman who is friendly and helpful. He assisted the younger employee without any issues. Overall, there is room for improvement in the customer service department at this restaurant.

The pizza has gotten better with a more delicious taste, but the prices have increased slightly. The customer service was satisfactory. However, there is room for improvement in the overall quality of the food. Overall, it was an okay dining experience.

The restaurant was noisy and bustling. My 5-year-old had a great time. It was crowded and I can only tolerate that level of activity about once every 6 months.

I was pleasantly surprised at how updated it was. You don't really hear much about Chuck E Cheese much anymore. The manager at the front had a great attitude, genuinely friendly. The person at the door shouldn't be there, she was on her phone the entire time, sometimes startled when someone walked up.The birthday party manager was great, kind. The spill sounded good, but the actions lacked. No one brought ice cream cups, no one directed you to the ticket blaster when time. There just wasn't any service When the birthday manager did the contract t she said we will be around to check on yall. No one came except to say 30 minutes the time is up. And legitimately said that in passing.The music was low for the chuck e cheese birthday section. That was disappointing.The pizza was yummy! The decorations were great.Service though.... disappointed.

Nice and clean place. Haven't been to one in years. Salad bar very good, wings ok, pizza good flavor those crust was a little wimpy. Temperature in place need to be about 7 or 8 degrees warmer.
