I recently dined at the trendy Grill and ordered the ochsen. When the waitress informed me of the price, I also requested two sides – a generous portion of rice and three very thin slices of ochsen tail. To my surprise, I was told that adding just one side would cost $29.00, and with a drink it would be $33.00. I was taken aback by the steep prices and felt that it was outrageous. I believe that for $29.00, I should have received more value. This kind of pricing is unfair to customers and shows greed on the part of the restaurant. A dish at that price point should include at least one additional side and a drink. While I usually enjoy supporting local businesses, I was extremely disappointed by this experience and will not be returning.

I used to come to this restaurant every week for my self-care day, but the service has gone downhill since they first opened. It seems like they are constantly changing staff and the service is no longer as impressive as it used to be. During my last visit, they even added a service fee for missing wait staff, which I found to be confusing and unnecessary. As an entrepreneur, it is their responsibility to ensure they have enough staff to provide good service. This is not something you would typically see at a high-end restaurant, unless it is a large group. It is clear that this restaurant is not in the upper echelon, and I am unsure why this new policy has been implemented. I will not be returning and will be looking for a new restaurant that values its customers as much as they value the restaurant. The prices are high, but the overall experience is below average, and the restaurant seems to lack consistency in its service.

That restaurant was wonderful! The staff was friendly and our server was a kind young lady who was very attentive. My meal was out of this world! We began with hot wings that were delicious. I ordered the curry chicken, which was fantastic, along with a delicious green salad and the best macaroni and cheese I've ever had in a restaurant. My daughter had the jerk chicken with a curry chicken topping, and we both loved it. We will definitely be returning, as the whole menu sounded great.

Delicious food. excellent service. we were greeted at the entrance. our server, keri ann, was very good about eating and shared a little information about the Jamaican culture. the owner stayed at the table to see if we needed something. we tried the ache with noodles. the ache resembles a touch, but tastes slightly sweet with sweetness. the noodles are like small cookies. the one-pot chicken was delicate and tasteful. the Mac cheese was good and cheesy. fish tacos were fantastic fresh and delicious. the bark patties were perfect with a flocky crust and lightly spicy filling. we will return to try out other articles.
