Pizza Hut - Chesapeake

This was the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had. The pizza was cold and tasted stale, and it took forever to be delivered. To top it off, it was quite expensive. I won’t be ordering from them again. Goodbye, Pizza Hut!

I got a mild food poisoning, not to mention the service was terrible don't wait at the curb because ain't nobody coming out, but trust me you don't want them to. Shut it down.

While the end result of my pizza(for the 1st time, btw) was not satisfying, the 2 people who were on shift were, I believe, doing their level best to keep the pizzas moving out the door. It takes at least 5 bodies they were trying to get it done w/2. It seems to me that corporate should be rewarding those 2 employees looking into supporting that location more.

4/1/24 7pm: How do you run out pizza crust? Your customer service is worse than McDonalds. Seriously.

I ordered through the website and it didn’t take long plus the driver was nice ? only complaint is the lack of care when it comes to the wings. Not sure why they don’t actually sauce them properly but it’s weird lol pictures attached. This was the best pizza I’ve gotten from them in a while so it was okay overall ?
