The replacement was a medium instead of the large I paid for and it was completely filled with ice even though I ordered the original drink with less ice. It?s not my fault you are out of something. I should have still received the same size drink and not a cup of ice. I want my money back.
Every time I go, they never seem to have everything I've ever got, chocolate with sprinkles for my son, they never have it, no matter what I go. I'm trying to get bacon egg with cheese crossers they never have. It is simply disappointing if it always happens perhaps its just my experience so take this review and know that it cannot happen to you.
This Dunkin is pretty good but they're regularly out of coffee cake muffins and their prices are actually higher than other dunkin' donuts in the area. when I called the corporate office they told me each Dunkin is an individual franchise so they have suggested pricing but the individual shops can choose their own pricing so for example the muffins are $2 hereahere opposed to $1.70 and I just bought one coffee roll and 10 munchkins and it cost me $5.22. That seems like a lot of money for about 10cents worth of batter.
I just wouldn't come to these doughnuts. Especially if you ask for less ice. They literally give you 25% less drinking and the same amount of ice. Even if you ask them why the drink is not filled, they say that the ice is what there is volume. That's a bunch of cops. If I go to McDonald's and find no ice cream for a big coke, they won't give me half full coke. Every other dunkin in the area gives me every time I command, and a real amount of ice. Somewhere else.
The coffee was excellent, prepared just right. My friend and I ordered two wraps; one of them, priced at three dollars, was delicious and served piping hot. Unfortunately, the second wrap in both orders had a frozen egg, which was quite disappointing. I ended up having to warm it up on my knee for about 10 to 15 minutes.
