Hardee's - Chesapeake

I live less than two minutes away from this restaurant, and my experience was quite disappointing. The fries were stale, some were undercooked, and there wasn't a single hot fry when I got my order home. Instead of enjoying my meal, I found myself having to upgrade to finish with fries that weren't fresh or properly cooked. There are several quality control issues that need to be addressed, as this experience did not meet my expectations at all.

The line wrapped completely around the building, and there were at least three people continuously delivering food to cars. Despite that, they managed to serve us in a reasonable amount of time, and we received delicious food from fantastic staff.

I got a big cheeseburger and didn't ask for a mustard and there was mustard on it! Mustard makes me sick? also my spicy chicken was missing!

The five chicken tits ordered. Absolutely delicious. In my opinion, they are much better than Chick-fil-a!!

It typically takes a little longer for the fresh chicken, but I've never encountered any problems. The young man who took our order and delivered the food was knowledgeable and polite. Great job!
