Hardee's - Chesapeake

The hamburgers are usually decent, but my husband and I recently stopped by to try a double cheeseburger, and it didn't go well. The burgers had an off smell, and the taste was not good at all. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be going back for another one. This was at the location on Cedars.

The food was fresh, served hot, and delivered quickly. The customer service was excellent as well!

I got a buy a free coupon deal. They did it well, and the Hamburgers were very good. We're going back there.

Food was cold , potatoes were old, portions were small. One would thing if a fast food restaurant won't allow you in there restaurants and dine then you would think they would go over the top and make sure when you get home with your food you would be so happy with what you got you would come back....Hardee's NOT! This has become the norm for hardee's no matter what location I go to.
