It's my fault not to check before you get out of the drive thru, but it's hard to check after all when they push $40 value food in a bag. In addition, they close so early compared to other KFC restaurants. I'm always gone for "no chicken." So it was before the pandemic. I always have to get out of the way to Indian River KFC because they are always on the point and stay a little longer open than this. It's almost a waste of time, even to this place. I don't want to judge, but Popeyes begins to shame KFC. At least with this place.
The worst service I've ever experienced at a fast meal. I ordered 2 chicken sandwich boxes and moved around 9:40 only for them to claim that they were closed (what the site says they close around 10, and no chicken sandwiches anyway. She also said she couldn't cancel my order and that I would have to talk to her customer service to get my $20 back. I will order NIE again from this place online. Save time and money and find somewhere else to eat.
You need characters outside that say that online orders need to be picked up inside. Saw in the ride through for almost 15mins only to get to the order window and for them to tell me who come in. Then I come in and have to show someone to tell them that I have an online order that I will then be told in a few minutes. I don't understand how an order that I put online probably took an hour of AHEAD of time for almost 30 minutes to pick up as soon as I am there.
Fast service very blind people and food is not over for a second time
The chicken was actually crispy. It was fresh and good tasty too.
