Contribuisci feedbackService was slow and fat cashier thrown away coffee cafe because it was done twice instead of offering it customers. Drive thru ALWAYS will get faster service, DON't know why. Get people first and foremost, so they get out of their feet.
I came to this restaurant 10/04/20 at 6:57. I couldn't believe this was a McDonald 's!!! The cashier wasn't sure how I put my voucher in, then after my order was another employee to empty the garbage and the cashiers who got my order hollered My Mann 's da dookie man . The worst part was during this period of a health fear there were 5 employees behind the counter with no mask covering their face, they either had dragged it on their ears at all and were fucked under the neck. I'm pretty sure the shift manager was one of them. She was an older, heavy woman with pink/pure hair. Plus 1 employees are sitting in closed dining area without mask. I don't know if her shift was over or she was in a break. One of the workers of the assembly line had his hat on the sides and dropped his hair forward while preparing the food. Then to round off everything, an employee took a drink from the mounting table to drink. His drink was in the same area that they prepare food for customers. I hope the General Manager sees this and goes back to check the camera shot because all this in a store at this little time to see I would hate to see what happens all day. Absolutely ridiculous.
When I choose for door bag, the food is already prepared and fresh
I'm a Uber eaten driver and when I went to the store, no one entered the register and stood there for 10 minutes until someone came. The customer before me was ignored and wanted a refund. Then I decided to look at the bags and fit the order number so I look like I have my order. After 20 minutes I gave nothing but drinks. No one was available to check everything and looked bad at me. I called the shopkeeper and she denied that I waited for a long time and told her that she didn't wear 4 people on the back of the face mask until I could say about her chin. This store must receive a better customer service and follow the CDC rules or shutdown. So rude!
They are always a little bit slow but usually the orders are correct. Once in a blue moon they mess up tho and it's a cascading effect.
