Pizza Hut - Chesapeake

At this location, you can expect the following: long wait times, unfriendly staff, cold food, and your order will most likely be completely wrong. This place has only gone downhill. I'm officially done. The last few times I ordered, I waited at least three hours. I understand it's Friday or payday, but then you finally receive your order and it's cold as if it had been prepared three hours earlier and they were too lazy to deliver it on time. They don't inform you about the extended wait until they've taken your money, ensuring you're too invested to change your mind. Sure, they'll offer a refund if needed, but it takes up to 10 business days to process. Our fries were soggy, as if they hadn’t even been fried properly. Honestly, I don't know why I'm bothering to write this, as it's clear that this major company doesn’t really care.

I was quite overwhelmed on a Friday night. The Pizza Hut app indicated a 16-minute wait for my pickup order, as delivery was not available. However, when I arrived just 10 minutes later, I ended up waiting for nearly an hour. If you're hoping for pizza on a Friday night, just be sure to plan for extra time. On a positive note, the cakes were still delicious.

The website states that delivery is available, but when I called, I was met with a rude correction indicating that it’s only for pickup. I was put off by the attitude I received immediately.

The WORST Pizza Hut I have ever encountered. It's really a shame. They consistently refuse to deliver and refuse to make half of the menu items because their staff is so unbelievably lazy. I love pizza hut and it's a shame that this location slanders their reputation so badly.

I called in a pizza order, and when my husband got there, the lady said I didn't place my order there. She tried to tell me this while I have the call log to prove it. She gave me a total of 35 and some change for a big box and 12 traditional wings.
