Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chesapeake

There for a quick lunch (exception) and ordered a combo meal with an additional page. When I came home, they didn't find it to me. Try to call the store at the number indicated on the entrance and got a message that it was invalid. The same number listed on the Internet. My advice, check your order before you leave the restaurant.

Popeyes in Chesapeake Va on Debaun Loop Customer Service does not exist.... Employees rude. Every car in the car thru was parked, a total of 14 cars at one point. The place is just open for lunch and you have no food ready.... why even open. Waited an hour for an apple cake after they were told they were ready in 5 minutes. You wouldn't give me a refund, even though I didn't get any food. You never have to worry about me or my friends go back to this place. One of the worse companies I met. Find more Popeyes that treat customers with respect and run efficiently. Do not assume that this franchise on Debaun Loop in Chesapeake... You'll regret it.

This is one of the better Popeyes locations I've visited. Although the wait was quite long, even though I ordered through the app, the service was good. I would choose to return to this place over the Norfolk or Lynnhaven locations.

It's Popeyes, so you already know what to expect in terms of flavor. However, my reason for writing this review isn't just about the food. This location is by far the fastest Popeyes in the seven cities. There's rarely a wait or a line, and no matter what I order, my food is always ready in a surprisingly quick time. Other Popeyes in the area often have 15 to 20-minute waits just to place an order. A big thank you to the staff at this location—please keep up the fantastic work!

I usually enjoy a meal from Popeyes now and then, but this visit was disappointing. The fries weren't hot, and I didn't get a biscuit in my order. I also received about half the amount of fries I typically get with a large meal. The chicken strips have shrunk in size compared to what they used to be, and they lacked that signature Cajun flavor. I wasn't offered any sauces, and when I asked for them, it felt like I was requesting something really out of the ordinary.
