Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

This restaurant is absolutely delicious! Have you ever considered adding a 1/4 lb hot dog topped with bacon and cheese to the menu? I would definitely purchase it!

The service at this restaurant was exceptional! We sat at the bar and the young lady who served us was fantastic. Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm at best and lacked flavor. Additionally, the room was quite cold.

I don’t usually wrote too many reviews however tonight I absolutely had to. Our server was a young man named Jamare and I have never in my life received such excellent above and beyond service. We did not have to ask for anything, he was very polite, attentive, and ensured that our orders were correct before he even took them to our table. I have been to this Red Robin before but have never been treated with such regard. This young man deserves all of the accolades.

Decided on a whim to go for Veteran's Day dinner. We rarely go to Red Robin because of past experiences, but this time... this time changed everything. Our server was AWESOME. He was upbeat and personalable. After talking to him a little bit we found out he decided to work all day. Because of our experience we decided to talk to a manager. That's where we found out not only had he been there all day but he hadn't taken a break and he was encouraging all of the other servers as the day went on. The manager gave us cards for a free appetizer or dessert.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly for sure

Stopped in after Soccer Game. A bit of a wait to get in however once seated, Heather was terrific. She took my granddaughter's order, asking questions to ensure her order was exactly what she wanted. Impressive. Meal was great, service was excellent.
