Contribuisci feedbackI really love the sausage pizza! However, I found that the pepperoni pizza had crumbled pepperoni instead of the usual slices, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the meatball sub could definitely use a bit more marinara sauce.
The food here is fantastic, and their pizza is absolutely the best! The menu features a diverse selection of delicious dishes, all at great prices!
I've only ordered from Sal's about four or five times since I found out about them through a flyer, but I've really enjoyed the Philly subs—they're fantastic! They're always fresh, unlike the hard, stale rolls you often get at Subway. The Stromboli could use some improvement, but I still really like it. I'm about to try their Chicken Parmesan and I hope it meets my expectations. As for delivery, it's been great; they've always been on time and quite friendly.
Used to love this place… but can’t do it anymore. I just ate the most overcooked driest wings I’ve ever had in my life. I only ate them because I paid for them. Three thumbs down on wings.Pizza was ok —but short of what made it special a few short years ago… pretty sad…
Usually don’t leave reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any retailer. The owner of the restaurant does not care about his customers he just wants their money. I ordered delivery here two nights ago and received my delivery 1.5 hours after it was placed. Didn’t mind the wait but was disappointed when we opened up the pizza box and it was completely cold and stale. The cheese fries were also cold and the cheese was so hardened even microwaving didn’t help. The mozzarella sticks were over cooked to the point that it was just hollow breading, no cheese in the middle. By the time the delivery arrived the restaurant was closed so we couldn’t call to get a replacement. I called the next morning as soon as they opened to get a refund or the order remade. The owner refused a refund and only offered to remake the mozzarella sticks. He was very rude over the phone, kept talking over me, told me I was lying and that I should’ve called when the delivery arrived even after I explained the restaurant was closed at that point. He eventually told me he was unable to give me the refund but I can speak with the district manager the next day as he comes in at 3. I called at 3 only to find out he lied and there is no district manager, the establishment is privately owned. He then lied again and told me refunds go through the delivery company that delivered the pizza only for me to call them and find out the owner refused the refund and the delivery company couldn’t do anything about it. I understand mistakes happen, but when the owner refuses to fix the mistake his restaurant made, that’s when I have an issue. Now I’m down over $50 for food that we didn’t even eat and I feel completely disrespected as a customer. This establishment does not care about their customers and will not take responsibility for messed up orders. Will never order from this location again.
