Contribuisci feedbackI ordered an appetizer and specifically requested no beef. When I got to the drive-thru, the staff member read my order back to me, including the note about not wanting beef. However, I still received the dish with beef and nothing else. I understand that mistakes happen, but this seems to occur frequently. Since I was in the drive-thru, I didn't want to go back and felt like I was wasting my money. I wish they would pay more attention to these details.
I went to the restaurant for a promotion where you could get a free taco related to a baseball event. I also ordered a soft taco. They mentioned that the free taco would be charged to my bill, but I haven't seen that charge yet. When I returned through the drive-thru, the young lady at the window seemed confused, and the manager was confused as well. They ended up giving me another free soft taco, but I explained that I already had a soft taco and that I was actually charged for the free taco. The manager and the employee were still unsure about what was happening. In the end, they refunded me $1.65 and gave me another soft taco, but I decided to just leave because they didn’t seem to understand that I was trying to resolve the issue regarding the free taco.
The service was quick and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly, and my order was perfectly and professionally packaged, complete with a sticker and a straw in the bag.
Super courteous service at this point, super fast, and, image to prove super tasty
Since it's been a very long time it was fast great through the drive thru it was pouring rain, convenient but they never give out enough sauce packets, but I didn't find that out til I was at my destination 5 miles away!!!?
