Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Chesapeake

They were from a few things we wanted because of memories, but unlike the foods and smoothies were good. I'd give them 5 stars if they weren't out of things we wanted.

Kayla (the one working front) was very cold with us during our order and did not even speak to us while we ordered. Said the sum, but seemed very unhappy that we were in the restaurant. Mikayla (I think this is her name) seemed more knowledge about the menu and was very friendly. The food was prepared very quickly, as well as smoothies. Especially at lunch. When I was waiting for dinner, I asked for the name and then heard a snorkeling remark when I went out from the people on the back. When I worked at trop, we had to wear a name tag. I don't know if that was specific at my location, but I didn't have to ask for names if they were wearing name tags.

Smoothies always made great. Food always good. I go a couple days a week since it's close to work, staff isn't friendly. I'm only still going since a good friend works there who is very friendly and fast on service. People usually working the counters are rude and and tossed orders on the counter. Owner was there and made orders quickly and got everyone in and out.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and has a wonderful attitude while working. I requested a surprise smoothie, and they happily obliged. They quickly completed the orders ahead of mine as well as my own. The smoothie turned out to be fantastic! It's always nice to step out of your comfort zone and try something new every now and then.

My smoothie was watered down and tasted awful. I mentioned it to the staff, but they didn’t take any action. It was a waste of my money. Having worked at Smoothie King before, I know how they're meant to be prepared. I always order the same thing, just at different locations.
