Chef Iszy - Cheshire East

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Crewe. We have never had any problems with them and have ordered from here many times. The noodles are delicious and the portions are always generous. Once, when a family member accidentally selected collection instead of delivery, they even delivered our food to us free of charge. I can't fault them, they are the best.

Firstly, it took 1.5 hours for my food to arrive on a Tuesday night. When it finally arrived, it was warm but unfortunately tasteless. To make matters worse, the delivery driver recklessly drove onto the curb, over the gravel area of my house, and smashed a solar light. He simply grinned and said sorry. The service was terrible and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. It is absurd to think that I paid £3 for a delivery that took 1.5 hours and resulted in a broken solar light. Overall, the entire experience was disappointing.

The food arrived and was all soggy - the crispy chicken, prawn roast, and spring rolls were all soft and disappointing. I believe it may be due to the boxes they pack the food in - it would be better if they used paper bags. The salt and pepper dish was particularly bad, lacking flavor and even containing frozen chicken dippers. The only redeeming items were the prawn crackers and sweet and sour sauce. Overall, very disappointed. This will be my first and last time trying this restaurant.

Another one to add to the no visit list. Sadly had high expectations but its very much low end Chinese food. everything tasted really oily and quite a bit had tremendous lack of taste.

Ordered a takeaway. Late delivery then food arrived wrong. Telephoned straight away, promised a replacement in 30 minutes, 1 hour later no food… Very rude woman on the phone… no customer service skills… highly recommend not to use this place. They don’t deserve customers… Applied for a full refund from UberEats
