The Mere Inn - Cheshire East

I stopped in to kick off the evening at this restaurant and was impressed by the great atmosphere, friendly staff, and amazing outdoor area. It had a calm and lovely atmosphere, making it a hidden gem.

This was our first time visiting and we will definitely return. The staff was friendly, the ambiance was lovely, and the outdoor area at the back was amazing (more than just a beer garden, it's truly a hidden gem).

I stopped by for a quick visit with a friend from Germany. The bar was nice and had good Joules beers, with friendly staff. Just note that they no longer serve food.

Updated pub with a wide range of drinks with some great tap ales. Tries a little too hard on occasion but staff generally friendly and our 'off ' beer was swapped without hesitation.

The Mere has been our local pub for several years now and honestly I have no complaints whatsoever. They have a good selection of quality draught beers and the food is fantastic. The staff are friendly, the service good and the ownership has handled the pandemic exceptionally well keeping the pub comfortable and safe throughout. Overall a great atmosphere and good quality British pub, I hope to return for many a pint to come.
