Garden Lane Pizza

The burgers are decent, but the doner chips are disappointingly small even when ordering a large. The chips are so hard that you can't even get a fork in them, and there's only about four pieces of doner meat. There are definitely better places to eat in Chester than this.

The service was awful. The pizza had no meat and I even found a black hair on it! When I called to complain, the person who made my pizza claimed he didn't have black hair and then abruptly ended the call. Very rude over the phone. Overall, the service was poor.

I pre-ordered a pizza for 6:45, but it didn't arrive until 8:15. When I called to inquire, the manager and staff were rude and threatening, to the point where I had to involve the police due to continued harassment. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant to avoid a similar experience.

Ordered from here on Uber east. Was told my order would arrive between 5pm . Was put for delivery status till 6 so I called the restaurant they were rude and said it’s on the way obviously it wasn’t so called again they asked the postcode then put the phone down. Rang again for them to do the same. Then couldn’t get through for 20 mins. When I did he said their machine wasn’t working and they’d cancelled it then rudely put down the phone. Poor customer service

Shockingly awful! I’m not sure who was worse to deal with… these guys or the Deliveroo agents. Firstly, I waited 2.5 hours for my food to arrive but it didn’t yet it said delivered. They couldn’t be reached, the phone would cut off immediately after trying to call. After a week of trying to call them this man answers and literally says to me “we can’t help you, all new staff this week…” and refuses to let me speak to the manager or anybody else. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Avoid!!!!!!!!
