Grill Maker - Cheshire West and Chester

Swearing down the phone rude hanging up because they are 2 hours late refused to give name said Scottish this and that just for reference im not Scottish !!!!

Shocked to say the least, we regularly order from this establishment, but tonight to my surprise we we’re refused delivery due to there driver not calling our mobile as the flat buzzer doesn’t work, last time we ordered so the order was cancelled. Don’t get me wrong the food is amazing but this very poor and inexcusable service is not good at all!

The person who served us was rudest individual I have ever come across. He tried to charge us £2.50, when I asked if the salad could be separate to our kebab. He was rude, unhelpful and just not a very nice person. The food was very average and very overpriced.

Ordered 2 LARGE kebabs , and received 5 pieces of cold chewy meat, after contacting the restaurant and sending a whats app photo we were told that the delivery driver must of ate our food. Terrible customer service and even worse food. Get yourself to uni kebab much better quality food qnd value for money

Just ordered, chips with curry amazing, the curry sauce is best ever tasted. Chicken sweetcorn and onion pizza amazing, I don't eat the crust on a pizza but this was so tasty and fully loaded with amazing flavour. Lamb and chicken kebab with salad and mayonnaise, lamb not cooked enough for me, little tough but the chicken was very very nice. Overall a very tasty tea, delivery was quicker then stated. Will definitely be ordering again.
