My partner booked a three night stay for my 60th birthday, the hotel is beautiful and all the staff are lovely but I want to name one member of the restraunt team in particular and her name is Carol. Carol went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special and I really appreciated her thoughtfulness, she is a credit to the hotel. The hotel is in a perfect place for chester, cheshire oaks and chester zoo
I recently returned from a 2-night stay at Inglewood Manor. Upon arrival, we spoke with Pete at the reception who kindly upgraded us to room 1. This room offers beautiful views of the gardens and surrounding woodland. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Best regards, Paul and Anne from Derbyshire.
I was excited for a nice Sunday lunch at the restaurant, but it was a disappointment. We were seated, ordered our food, and waited over 45 minutes for our meals. No staff checked on us or explained the delay. We were frustrated as other customers who arrived later were served before us. Overall, it was an awful experience.
This restaurant was a huge letdown. The food was of poor quality with basic fillings in the sandwiches. The staff seemed clueless about what was in the sandwiches and had to refer to the menu. The lemon drizzle cake was stale and the pannacotta had a skin on top, indicating it may have been days old. Meringues listed on the menu were nowhere to be found. Tea and coffee were not served until we asked, and there was a shortage of staff who showed little interest in customer satisfaction. The young, inexperienced staff seemed untrained in basic tasks. Despite their pleasant demeanor, some of us experienced upset stomachs later in the day. This is a place to avoid at all costs – a visit from public health officials wouldn't hurt.
