Kfc Cheshire Oaks

No good kfc. he waited for 45 minutes for the passage, without apology. they made several mistakes on the order and the burgers looked like my 2 year old she had made. avoid this kfc it has been bad for years.

Very disappointed! the chicken was dry and without seasonal, as it has long been. mushy chips. will not go again. absolutely shocking.

Who makes sure that what this kfc for people who pay good money for a meal and service is good enough? what I received today during a car visit is completely unacceptable. where is the manager?

Horny service! we went on Friday 21 january at 2 o'clock for a quick bite. there was only one customer sitting at the table when we went to the restaurant. we tried to order at the theke, but 2 lady staff decided to go to the kitchen and ignore us. then we decided to say that we needed to use the self-service screen. we tried to put the order twice, but nothing seemed to have happened. So we asked the lady if the command went to the kitchen and she said no. So we asked them if we could order from her, but the others decided to scream, I told them to use the self-service! there are only 2 of us in the kitchen and we can't finish! what a customer service is that! I looked at the screen and there was only one handful of orders for delivery and no cars through the trip. obviously she can not treat more than an order! I'd give her the bag to talk to customers like that. There were a few more who came after us and decided to go out because nobody served.

We ordered last week and they missed so much off our order on just eat the food was cold. No refund or an apology. We went through the drive through tonight and they did not know what a blue light card was emergency services)...they said they had no time too cook fresh chicken so we couldn’t have any at 9pm, they made no eye contact at the drive through and carried on talking about what they were doing this weekend to the other staff! They said they had no gravy but I can have corn instead laughing! What a joke the staff are clearly just want to be paid and do no work. No customer skills what so ever. Finally one of the staff kept picking her spots on her face this was the final straw that I decided to drive away as this is very unhygienic especially with the pandemic we are in
