Terrible service by staff on collection. Told him it was take away,he answered with just take your s t Asked for management to be told get him your f g self. Absolute disgrace

Was given a chicken wrap inside veggie wrap packaging... absolute disgrace tbh.. manager on was very apologetic but this should never happen.

Just been to the drive through here and was served food that, although tasted great, was missing parts of the order, which was only spotted when we drove home. We immediately called the branch and was greeted over the phone by an unhelpful colleague who stated that if we wanted a refund for the missing items we would need to return with all the food! When we challenged the staff member she became defensive and abrupt, not fully listening to our complaint and talking over us. She then hung up on us! In dismay, we called back to speak to someone in higher authority to get a suitable resolution. The telephone was answered again by the same colleague. When we asked for a manager to speak with us, to our shock, we were told that she was the manager. We asked if she had just hung up on us, to which she replied, 'yes '. DANIELLE Can we suggest you either retrain in your position or find another job which you dont come into contact with the public, as your customer service skills leave alot to be desired!

Today for dinner, my family and I went to McDonalds. I ordered a medium Big Mac meal with a Diet Coke and my mum ordered a sprite. The food was great it was hot and clearly hadn’t been sat so that was excellent however both my drink and my mum’s were flat and my Diet Coke tasted of nothing. I went to get it changed and got a new one this time it just tasted like syrup there was no carbonation whatsoever in all 3 drinks so there must have been an issue which on a Saturday night for carbonated drinks is definitely not ideal. Because of the drinks issue I have given it 3 stars but otherwise the service was great and so was the food however it wasn’t as busy as usual.

Where to start. saw a poor girl who looked so sad and soulless. This poor girl was brutally attacked when a fanta was thrown at her head by a group of devaints!!!!!! couldn't believe it. they ran away and were not caught! scum of the earth I TELL YOU!
