Northwich Tandoori

We were here a few times and always had a good experience. eating is excellent. but now they seem to have become the victim of their own success with takeaways and deliveries, so that customers fed in the restaurant are negelected. we waited 1.5 hours for our food and there was no explanation that is unacceptable. while we waited, we could see a constant stream of takeaway and delivery orders from the restaurant. than dining room customers we paid more, but seemed to be a lower priority. the workers who were there were clearly struggling with the labor burden, and even if we asked to delete our starter plates, this took a long time, and 2 try before it was finally done. it hurts me to say that because the personal is beautiful and eating is delicious, but we will not come back until we know that this problem has been solved.

We have eaten here often. eating is always excellent. very authentic and fresh. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. our popular Indian restaurant in northwich by far!

Apart from spicy popadoms that were too burnt to eat it wasn’t a bad meal. Been in Northwich for 15 years and the front always put us off but once you get inside it’s fine. Has a family business feel. Will definitely go back
