The staff and customers were lovely, and the coffee and cakes were of great quality and value. They also had an interesting selection of books, gifts, and cards. Unfortunately, the employees mentioned that they may need to relocate due to commercial development. Perhaps a church in the Cathedral Precinct could offer them a new location. Best of luck to them, and blessings to all who support them.
I visited this restaurant yesterday to purchase a bible study guide. They have a wide selection of literature available and I spent thirty minutes browsing the shelves. The owner, who was extremely friendly, helped me choose some books. We had a pleasant conversation, which was warm and comforting. I will definitely be returning and hopefully next time I can stay for coffee and cake. This experience was so much better than online shopping. God bless.
During a day trip to Chester, my wife and I stopped by this café for a coffee after leaving the market. It turned out to be the perfect spot for a quick pick-me-up. The friendly volunteers served us some of the best cappuccinos we've ever had, though I have to admit that my Ham and Cheese Toastie stole the show. In terms of value for money, it's hard to beat this café - we struggled to find anywhere else that could compete.
Looking for protection from the rain in the mall, we found this fantastic jewel of a café! We had a very friendly reception. Very clean and cozy café. The coffee was rich and smooth and my daughters ice cream was really fresh tasting....The server kept and chatted us for a while and cared for us as people instead of just getting us coffee. Also the other customers were friendly. There were also many beautiful gifts and ornaments around the room. I just wish we live in Chester to visit regularly!
