What a great little find just outside the city centre. A lovely coffee house that does sandwiches and omelets delicious. The proprietor is Turkish and really makes a good coffee and provides a very welcoming environment. Definitely worth a visit or two! The place itself is quite small but there is seating at the back so plenty of space to share a coffee and cake (especially the Portuguese tart) and some good banter with friends and family hope you enjoy it as much as we did x
Great coffee .Friendly staff. However surprised at the cost of 3 Pata de Nata. £9. The most expensive in Chester?
This was our third visit to this wonderful little coffee shop. The thing that makes this shop so special is that the product i.e coffee and cakes are our outstanding! The only thing that matches the quality of the product are the people who work there and the ones who visit their. The owners are a husband and wife team that make you feel special when you come to the shop they are always willing to discuss any dietary needs and to cater for those so thank you! Our only regret is that we live so far away that we can't often make the trip from Cambridge to Chester routinely for this cafe. We would also like to make a a special hello to David a fellow customer that we had the acquaintance of meeting while visiting the shop. Thank you again !
Evie , Ella , Shirley and myself are regular guests at Obscure Coffee on our weekend walks around our beautiful city of Chester Obscure is a small and welcoming coffee shop serving a outstanding Ethiopian coffee that is smooth with a hint of bitterness Expertly served in china cups The host offers a small selection of cakes a treats My only suggestion would be that a larger selection of savory treats would be good? We will definitely return
