Pizza Hut - Cheshire West and Chester

Very helpful staff especially Mohammed! I can always count on delicious pizzas for my family. I would highly recommend Pizza Hut for convenience and delicious pizzas!

I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut and was surprised to find that the box was missing two slices of pizza. This has never happened to me before when ordering pizza. I wonder if it was the delivery driver who took the slices.

I have ordered from Pizza Hut on Christleton Road in Chester for the second time and unfortunately, I had the same experience. The pizza took an hour to arrive and once again, it was cold and soggy. The service was disgusting and the food quality was poor. I contacted the manager, had them collect the pizza, and received a refund. I typically order from Papa John's or Domino's and never encounter any issues. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Absolutely terrible experience.

Pizza had a long hair in it it was cooked in with the cheese yukk never again will i order from them

The pizza had no cheese, the brownies were burnt, they forgot the cookie dough, and when I called to inform them, the manager of the restaurant yelled at me. I have never been spoken to like that over food in my life.
