Very good value but the basic customer norms of such as please when stating price of goods or thank you when accepting payment for food were lacking. Payment was snatched and thrown into till with no communication. A very odd way of serving customers

Sandwiches are always fresh and tasty and pastries very scrumptious. Never disappointed. Great value for money. Always very busy.

Came here for some french fancies and a tea. Staff were not really doing much but oh well. Just a cheap place for a quick snackaroooo.

This chain seems to pop up everywhere. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and keep the busy shop running well. It is cash only though, so worth noting that there is a free to use cash point just across the road :

Almost every time I’ve been in there the staff have been so rude. I am polite and pay straight away, there’s no need for it. This time I had an eye roll, couldn’t figure out what that was for. They call you ‘luv’ and when they speak to you it sounds very passive aggressive. Don’t know what their problem is but I won’t be returning again.
