Stanley Arms

I hadn't been to this restaurant since before the pandemic, so it was nice to return. The food has actually gotten better and there are more options on the menu now. The service was very friendly and the prices were reasonable. I am excited to come back in the summer and enjoy the large beer garden!

The restaurant is fantastic, with excellent food and the waiter Andrew was very friendly. The steak and ale pie was delicious. I will definitely be coming back!

We stopped by this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon during a walk along the canal. The food and drinks were excellent and we would definitely recommend it. The service was great and it was a bonus that they allow dogs. We look forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy the beer garden.

It's hard to find somewhere to eat that caters for multiple food intolerances and is also dog friendly, but the Stanley Arms did a great job. After a lot of consulting of their food ingredients lists and chats with the chef they came up with...a lovely filling meal that was well received after a day on a canal boat. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure there was nothing in the meal that could have an adverse affect on me. Great service!
