The Blue Lagoon Charcoal Grill

Sneaky Kebab late at the busy place to eat a few late or early hours in the morning usually full of students, but all kind and the guys don't mess round when it's late night binge eating haha

We were staying in the Crabwall Manor hotel and ordered our delivery at 5:30pm that was reciepted with a prompt email from Just Eat with delivery time estimate of 6:30pm. At 6:45, still no food so I called Blue Lagoon and the person I spoke to lied and said they'd only just received the order. We finally got our food at 7:30pm but had to call the driver twice to see where he was. He said he was outside but was nowhere to be seen. The food was squashed and sauces were leaking out the containers. There was no apology from the restaurant or the driver. The whole experience was very sloppy and I would urge anyone else to try another kebab restaurant as these people don't seem to care about their cutomers. They had my phone number and if they had called to say they were running late I would have understood. The food was very bland to boot!

The staff at the restaurant were very unpleasant. Even though I have dined there frequently, I believe that the rudeness was the result of a recent change in staff. I hope that they address this issue and make improvements.

The worst kebab experience I've ever had. After waiting in line to order, a customer who had received chips asked for vinegar and ended up getting vinegar sprayed in her face. Disgusted by the staff's actions, I thought she was causing trouble while she left. When it was my turn to order, I received a mixed meat doner instead of the cheesy chips I had ordered and asked them to check my receipt, but they refused. My vegetarian partner asked for the chips we had paid for, but the staff refused to cooperate. We pointed out that we had paid £15 for more than just a mixed meat kebab, but the staff just raised their voices and told us to leave. Another customer who witnessed the whole ordeal also questioned the staff, but was met with hostility and denial.

Needs a little treat during these abnormal times! Blue lagoon has not disappointed. Nice well cooked meat and a good amount of salad.
