Food and service are great! Go there during week days and off hours as the place is small and tables are close to one another so npose level is high. This restaurant in Chester is always my top choice. I've been dining there for years and have never had a single bad meal or experience. I can't recommend it highly enough. The chicken dishes are excellent, and the pasta is just as delightful. The seafood risotto could use a bit more flavor in the risotto itself, but it's still enjoyable.
